What if I can’t attend the concert and need to exchange my ticket to another show?
Email iso@IndianapolisSymphony.org before the concert start time that day and ask to exchange your ticket (including Reserved Parking) to another Kroger Symphony on the Prairie show within the season. Exchanging your table or Sunset Lounge to another concert depends on availability at that concert. If there is a price difference between the two concerts, you will receive credit back on your ISO account for the current season or you will need to pay the difference. Your email must be sent before the concert starts. You may not hear from the Box Office immediately, but they will assist you with your exchange. The Box Office at Conner Prairie, located in front of the main gates, also opens 2.5 hours before the start of the concert, so you may also exchange your ticket in person.
Is there a multi-ticket discount?
Purchase general admission lawn tickets to three or more different Kroger Symphony on the Prairie concerts and receive 10% off your final purchase amount when you purchase at the ISO box office or on the ISO’s website. Here are some other recommendations from fans:
- Bring a chair or picnic blanket.
- Bring a wagon or a rolling cooler. If neither is available, the Boy Scouts have wagons to help you move things from your car pre-concert.
- Picnic-style foods are the best kind! Some suggestions are: wine, cheese, crackers, baguettes, frozen grapes, croissants, etc.
- Bring a vinyl tablecloth to place under the blanket you’re sitting on to eliminate dampness. It can also double as a cover for any unexpected rain.
- Have trash bags ready for when you’ve finished eating, and bring a flashlight in case it’s too dark to check the area where you’re sitting.
- Please note that the venue faces west, so bring hats or sunglasses!
