This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.indianapolissymphony.org website (“Site”). Note to Third-Party Ticket Resellers

If the ISO has reason to believe that you are purchasing tickets for resale, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. Your concert ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with the denial of admission at the Indiana Symphony Society’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation, should the ticket holder violate the rules and regulations of the facility.

Livestreaming at the Hilbert Circle Theatre

In consideration for the platform provided, by purchasing a ticket and attending a concert, you grant the ISO the right to record, stream, film and photograph your presentation at the Event (the “Presentation”) and to distribute, broadcast, edit, translate or otherwise disseminate it, without any further approval from you, in whole or in part. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to use the Presentation either alone or together with supporting information, such as your name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical data (collective, “Supporting Information”).

Examples of permitted uses of the Presentation and Supporting Information include displaying the Presentation on YouTube, the ISO’s website, the ISO’s social media channels, live streaming the Presentation; and distributing the Presentation on DVDs, mobile phones, films, and other video distribution channels, such as YouTube.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
