Zachary Collins joined the viola section of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra in 2017. Mr. Collins grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and studied violin with Michael Klotz, Konstantine Kiradjieff, Linda Cerone, and his mother, Sandra Collins. After switching from the violin to viola, Mr. Collins attended the Cleveland Institute of Music where he studied with Robert Vernon. Prior to joining the ISO, Mr. Collins was a member of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
