Learn more about MYO
Created in honor of the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra’s 30th anniversary, A Symphony of Surprises is the story of a young girl’s journey through the MYO program. It celebrates the power of music, the strength of community, and the life-skills opportunities that build confidence, leadership, and resilience. The story was written by retired ISO violinist Victoria Kintner with illustrations by MYO alum Zoe Black!
Copies will be available for purchase at the Winter Concert. Be sure to stop by our table in the lobby and grab a copy or two for you and another young reader in your life!
