South Carolina native, Caleb Cox joined the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra in 2023. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Bob Jones University, he began his studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music where he earned his masters degree and artist diploma under the instruction of Robert Vernon. During his time in Cleveland, Caleb was an active orchestral musician serving as principal viola of the Akron Symphony Orchestra, and as a substitute with The Cleveland Orchestra. Caleb has participated as a fellow of the Tanglewood Music Center, and as principal viola and soloist of the National Repertory Orchestra.
