The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra is delighted to partner with Newfields to provide music for the Glick Fountain, a stunning audiovisual experience situated in The Garden at Newfields. Officially unveiled in the spring of 2025, the fountain features five different types of water functions including fog, basket weaves, pop-jets and arches.

At its most dramatic, a central jet soars more than 30 feet into the air, with over 13,000 gallons of water in motion every minute. The water elements are choreographed to dance in harmony with light and music, which will be rotated seasonally with help from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.

Make your plans to come out to The Garden to see it. You’ll be welcomed by new accessible paths, lush plantings, and a beautiful vista down the Lilly Allée. The fountain is located in the footprint of the original 1920s fountain.

The project was made possible by the generosity of David and Jackie Barrett and the Glick Philanthropies.
