The music of star wars
Friday, June 15 at 8:00 p.m.
The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra opens the 37th season of Kroger Symphony on the Prairie with a celebration of the beloved scores in the Star Wars franchise. The ISO performs highlights from legendary composer John Williams - including themes from the original trilogy and the recent extensions of the intergalactic adventures.
Friday, June 15 is also Scout Night presented by Printing Partners! Boy and Girl Scouts under age 18 and Scout Leaders in uniform will receive free admission on Friday, June 15, with the donation of a one-pound box of pasta.
big bad voodoo daddy
Friday, June 22 at 8:00 p.m.*
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy returns to the Conner Prairie stage with its high-voltage and feel-good energy. The band is known for their unique blend of jazz, swing, Dixieland, and big band that gets the whole family up and dancing. The ISO performs on Saturday only.

Pack your picnic and wear your red, white, and blue for the ISO's annual celebration of America. the ISO will salute all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces each night. Our summertime tradition features symphony favorites, including Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture complete with real cannons and spectacular fireworks to cap off each concert. This is a premium-priced concert. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. each night.
beethoven's seventh symphony

Beethoven considered this work his "most excellent symphony," and it is often noted for its unbridled optimism. As Richard Wagner once said, "if anyone plays the Seventh, tables and benches, cans and cups, the grandmother, the blind and the lame, aye, the children in the cradle fall to dancing."

Surf's up as the orchestra is joined by The Beach Boys, led by founding member Mike Love and featuring an all-star band. The band that made Surf Rock a nationwide sound performs hit singles from decades of albums, including all of your favorites featuring their trademark harmonies. It's sure to be a "Fun, Fun, Fun" night! This is a premium priced concert. The ISO performs on Friday night only.

Don Juan is a daring and energetic work - the first tone poem written by Richard Strauss as he sparked a new genre. From the breathtaking opening theme to the title character's last breath, join the ISO to hear the piece that launched a legendary composer's career.

Classical Mystery Tour: Music of the Beatles*

Classical Mystery Tour returns with their annual Kroger Symphony on the Prairie tribute to the Beatles. The night includes more than two dozen Beatles tunes performed exactly as they were originally recorded, from the early Beatles on through "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Let It Be." The second half of the concert features a tribute to The White Album, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. This is a premium-priced concert.

Another fan favorite, ABBA: The Concert returns to perform the best hits of the Swedish pop group, including, "SOS," "Dancing Queen," "Mamma Mia," and many more. Björn, Agnetha, Anni-Frid, and Benny are recreated before your eyes by four of the world's most accurate, authentic, and experienced ABBA Tribute Artists. We're wrapping up the summer season with an energetic show you won't want to miss! Pedal steel guitar virtuoso Robert Randolph is the frontman for this funk/soul jam band. Randolph's unprecedented prowess on his instrument garnered him a spot on Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" list, and also gained the attention of artists like Eric Clapton, Dave Matthews, The Roots, and Jack White, who have since collaborated with Randolph on stage and in the studio.

Single Tickets & Tables
Beginning April 23, single tickets and tables for Symphony on the Prairie concerts can be purchased the following ways:
- Advance concert tickets may be purchased online for $31/adults and $13/children under age 12. Premium advance concert tickets are $37/adults and $13/children.
- Purchase tickets at the Customer Service Desk of all Central Indiana Kroger locations – save $1 on single tickets when you show your Kroger Plus Card!
- Conner Prairie Amphitheatre – Gate prices at the Conner Prairie Amphitheatre are $38/adults and $15/children under age 12. Premium concert tickets are $44 for adults.
Single tables can be purchased are $80 each, or $100 for premium concerts.
When you purchase 30 or more tickets at one time, you are eligible for the discounted group rate!
Upgrade the Prairie Experience
The ISO Sunset Lounge returns this year with the ultimate concert upgrade! Lounge tickets are $55 ($65 for Premium Concert weekends) and include exclusive access to a VIP lounge area, private bathrooms, a $10 voucher to purchase food and drink. Lounge patrons also have access to a special parking area allowing for quick entry and exit.

All Kroger Symphony on the Prairie concerts begin at 8:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
Getting to Conner Prairie
Conner Prairie is located six miles north of Indianapolis on Allisonville Road (exit 205 from Interstate 69 North). The address is 13400 Allisonville Road, Fishers, IN, 46038.
Weather and Traffic alerts
Concert cancellations due to weather are reported via the ISO's weather hotline at 317.758.SOTP, Facebook page and Twitter feed. "Like" the ISO on Facebook and follow @Indy_Symphony on Twitter for up-to-date concert information. You can also download the CBS4 Weather Authority app for live radar and weather alerts in your area.
Rain won't dampen the mood.
Bring your rain gear! The ISO and its guest artists make every attempt to perform, even in rainy weather. In the event of severe weather that might cancel a concert, we will invite you back. Rain checks will be distributed and will admit ticketholders for lawn seating to any remaining Kroger Symphony on the Prairie concert. Replacement table seating is arranged through the Hilbert Circle Theatre Box Office and is subject to availability. Valid rain checks will be confirmed the day after the cancellation on our website.
Symphony on the Prairie has a no refund policy on all events. If a concert is canceled, tickets can be used for a future summer performance, and any table, parking, or ISO Sunset Lounge purchases can be exchanged into a future concert.
Free parking is available, but for only $35 ($45 on premium nights) per spot, Reserved Parking offers a quick commute to your seat and a fast exit after the concert. Spots are limited and may be purchased online the night of your concert.

Groups of eight or more with rented tables or lawn seating can order "green sack" dinners - a casual, simple meal in a recycled paper sack. Green sack dinners must be pre-ordered directly through MBP Distinctive Catering by noon the Wednesday prior to a concert by calling 317.636.4444.
For larger groups requiring a private area, call Conner Prairie to rent one of three picnic pavilions. The sales and catering team will help secure the right pavilion for your group size and coordinate meal and beverage servicing. Contact Conner Prairie at 317.214.4495 for details. Pavilion rentals require catering from Conner Prairie.
Food and drink - bring your own or buy at the Prairie.
Feel free to bring your own food, drink (including alcoholic beverages), lawn chairs and blankets. Food vendors are on site and concessions are sold at all concerts - including beer and wine.
What can't I bring?
We do not allow pets, grills, large tables, large umbrellas, tents, firearms, fireworks, tiki torches or sparklers.
Lost or Forgotten Tickets
Tickets purchased for any Kroger Symphony on the Prairie concert that have been lost or forgotten at home cannot be reprinted on site at the Conner Prairie Box Office. New tickets will need to be purchased to allow entry into the amphitheater.
