Mozart's Concerto for a King
Bruckner's ambitious and popular "Romantic" symphony takes listeners to a time of medieval castles and haunts in wooded glades. It was adored by audiences in 1881 and still well-loved nearly 140 years later. Mozart wrote a concerto fit for a king, a bright and lively piano piece used for the coronation festivities of Leopold II.
