Inherent in the details are experiences golfers don’t always experience at other golf outings like drive through registration, live music - provided by ISO musicians - on and off the course, specialty food and drink stations on the course, unique prizes including a grand piano from Meridian Music for a hole-in-one, a voucher from McNamara Florists for a dozen roses for each golfer, and dinner from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at the end of the day. Wolf Run Golf Club was conceived in the early 1980's by a local dentist whose dream was to build a demanding, world-class golf club for serious golfers. His vision was to craft a course employing the strength and beauty of the natural landscape while emulating the unique theories of 1920's design. Today Wolf Run Golf Club is continually mentioned as one of the best golf courses in the Midwest. Wolf Run Golf Club has been a mainstay on the Golf Digest Top 100 list and listed in the top 25 most difficult and best playing memberships by Golf Digest. In 2012, the Maestro Open was the first charity event this exclusive course had ever hosted. Since 2004, the Maestro Open has raised almost $500,000 for the ISO Annual Fund. |
