If you have tickets to a previously canceled concert that occurred on Sept. 14-Oct. 6, you still have the option to exchange into a future performance. Other options include:
- A donation made to the ISO in the amount of the tickets purchased
- A gift certificate in the amount of the tickets purchased
- A refund for the tickets purchased

ISO CANCELLATION TICKET POLICIES
Exchanges: If you have a ticket to a cancelled show, you can simply exchange into another performance in these series: Lilly Classical Series, Printing Partners Pops Series, SymFUNy Sundays presented by Dow AgroSciences or Stella Artois Happy Hour at the Symphony. Kenny G, Duke Energy Yuletide Celebration, Classical Christmas, Handel's Messiah, and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse are excluded.
Refunds: Whether you are a single ticket buyer or a subscriber, the ISO will issue refunds to cancelled concerts upon request.
Fees: The ISO will waive any fees incurred due to concert cancellation.
Upgrades: If you prefer, you can upgrade to a higher-priced concert and pay the difference in price.
Donation: You may return your ticket to the ISO and the revenue can be designated a donation to the Annual Fund, which supports ISO programs and educational activities.

ISO Box Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm and Saturday, 12pm-4pm. The Box Office is closed on Sunday.
