mSYMPHONY Marsh Symphony on the Prairie All-Access Sweepstakes

Terms and Conditions: Participating in the Marsh Symphony on the Prairie All-Access sweepstakes  offered through mSYMPHONY signifies your knowledge of and agreement to their Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reviewing mSYMPHONY Terms and Conditions. Prizes offered through mSYMPHONY will be subject to SOTP All-Access, game and contest rules.  A description of the prizes may be found at IndianapolisSymphony.org and in associated marketing and promotional materials.

Sweepstakes Details: 
Rules: No purchase is necessary to enter mSYMPHONY SOTP All-Access sweepstakes.  Messaging charges may apply from your wireless carrier to send and/or receive messages.  Rules for the sweepstake can be found at the mSYMPHONY Help Center located at IndianapoisSymphony.org.

Determination of Winners: The results and winners of SOTP All-Access sweepstakes will be determined according to the specific sweepstake rules. Winners will be chosen at random of those participants who enroll in mSYMPHONY by January 31. By registering and/or participating in this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via SMS text messages.

Limits of Prize Winnings: A participant may be limited to one prize package per person.

No Prize or Tax Transfer/Substitution: No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except mSYMPHONY reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. Cash value of the merchandise prize(s) offered is valued at $400 per package.

Delivery Time: Delivery of prize will be made through the ISO box office and/or mail. All-Access winners can pick up prize within 1 day of SOTP, unless the winner asks for delivery of prize through the US Postal System.

Information Needed to Claim Prize: The following information may be needed to verify winners and deliver prizes: Winning text message on phone that it was received on, internet email address, first name, last name, mailing address and phone number. Incomplete information provided by winners may cause a delay in prize delivery.

Prize Claim Expiration: Prize winners have until the day of SOTP to collect prizes. 

Eligibility: Any person who is 18 years or older is eligible to participate in the mSYMPHONY SOTP All-Access sweepstakes.  Notwithstanding the eligibility statement above, the following persons are ineligible to receive prizes offered through mSYMPHONY: employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate family members) of the Indiana Symphony Society.  For purposes of this section, immediate family members include parents, siblings, spouses, children, or any other person permanently residing in the same household with such employee, officer, or director.
